SSRS Report Directory: Shops Reports
You open these reports by going to Menu > Reports - SSRS > SSRS Report Viewer > Standard Reports > AMS SSRS Report Library > Shops. Reports are listed in the order they appear in the menu.
Run the reports

Open the report from the Accounting list.

Complete the fields in the Options Panel.

Select Run Report.
Report fields
Where available, you can select the report name to see a sample of the report open in a new window.

This report displays a list of customers. The report displays the bill rate you are charging each one for each type of equipment at each shop. |

The Margin Report by Charge Category and Customer Type Report lists the margins of sales broken down by Charge Category and then by Customer Type. |

The Shop Component Cost Analysis Report is an analysis of cost by component code. The report can be created by System, Assembly or Part Level component codes and sorted by Component code, Part cost, Service cost, or Total Cost. The Total Cost is further broken down into a Percent of the Total, which prioritizes your items by cost. You can choose the period to view: a daily report or a life-to-date analysis. You can choose to analyze your Shop’s component cost by selecting Shop ID, Department, Region, Cost Center or Division. This report lets your Shop Manager or your Fleet Manager see where your company is spending the highest percentage of money. |

This report will break down your shop costs by labor, parts, services, tires and other cost. The report shows the cost by shop and by vendor and then gives you a grand total. |

This report displays a list of all repair orders where a unit was worked on in a shop, other than the domicile shop listed on the unit master for that unit. A pie chart breaks down the costs for total repairs. |

This report displays all orders during the specified time period and lists them with the total time spent on each order. This is done for direct and indirect labor. |

This report displays a complete list of shops with their city, state, shop type, cost center, department, division, phone and fax numbers. |

This report displays basic information about your shop, including the name, address, phone, number of open road calls, LTD Standard RO Costs, LTD Vendor RO Costs, Top 10 Repair Reasons, Top 10 Component Codes, and Top 10 highest value part numbers. |

The Shop Reason for Repair Analysis Report details the shop parts, labor and services cost and vendor parts, labor and services cost by repair shop and reason for repair. This is useful for analyzing why units are being repaired. |

The Shop Scheduled Maintenance Performance Report displays the number of scheduled maintenance orders and their associated costs. |
