Setting up holiday pay

You can set up the system to calculate holiday pay automatically for your drivers. First, you must set up your holiday schedule. Then, you can use one or both of these methods to create holiday pay.

  • Premium Day rate table

    The system generates this type of holiday pay in the Trip Settlements Folder. It is paid only when a stop on the trip occurs on a user-defined holiday.

  • Additional Earnings pay rate

    The system generates this type of holiday pay during the Collect process in the Final Settlements Folder. It is paid when a user-defined holiday occurs during the pay period being settled.
