P2

Signals whether the tractor has Priority 2 expiration(s). Such expirations are not considered critical. Therefore, their completion is not required. If a Priority 2 expiration has not been marked Done by its effective date, the system warns you of this when you assign the resource to a trip occurring on or after that date. However, dispatch is allowed. The Priority 2 indicator displays one of these colors:

  • Red
A Priority 2 expiration is in effect.

  • Yellow
A Priority 2 expiration is due to go into effect shortly. A yellow indicator appears when the system determines that an expiration is to become effective within a set number of days from today’s date.

  • Green
No Priority 2 expirations are in effect.

Note: For more information, see Expiration priorities and Viewing expiration warning indicators.
