Using the lookup function
Use this procedure whenever you need to look up an entry for a field, rather than enter it. This action can apply to looking up values in profiles such as company names or codes and some city/state names.

In the text box, enter as much of the item text as you know. For example, if you are searching for a company, enter part or the entire company name.

Click Lookup.
The items that match the text you entered are listed. -
On the same line as the correct item, click Select.
The item is added to the field.
