Controlling how users select companies on the Fuel Order Entry page

By default, users can select any company when creating orders on the Fuel Order Entry page. This option may not fit your company’s business practices. If you want, you can set up the application to limit users' company choices to their profile or associate companies. You can further limit the choices to companies that have predefined relationships set up in Fuel Dispatch.

You can also control whether users can search for companies, and whether searches return all companies or only those flagged as the type being searched. For example, a search for shippers will return only companies identified as shippers in their profiles.
