Setting up eStat for entering fuel orders

If you are licensed for Trimble’s FuelTMS modules and the eStat fuel features, you can give your users access to the Fuel Order Entry page. On this page, a user can enter a fuel order.

You may also allow users to create orders on the Fuel Shipment Tender page.

You set up how users enter orders on these pages in Settings Manager.

  • The Fuel Shipment Tender page uses the same controls as the Shipment Tender page, with the addition of the Fuel tab. The tab contains controls specific to fuel orders.

  • The controls for the Fuel Order Entry page are unique to that page. They are found on the Fuel Order Entry tab.

  1. In addition to the ESTATFUEL license, you must have the FUELDISPATCH license applied to your Trimble Web Products database.

  2. You can also have the INVENTORY SERVICES license. If you are licensed for the Inventory Services module, the store tank information fields display tank information for each of a store’s products. The fields appear in the Customer Header section of the Fuel Order Entry page.
