Running TruETA Agent calculations manually

Typically, TruETA Agent idles in the background. It only activates briefly to run automatic late checks based on a user-defined schedule.

However, you can also run calculations manually as needed. Each time the TruETA Agent runs calculations, it updates your TMS system letting you know if the trips are on time or running late.

To run the TruETA feature check manually, click the Run Now button.

When the TruETA Agent is actively running calculations, the system displays a stream of messages for each order at the top of the window.
