Trimble Technician Portal overview

Trimble Technician Portal (TTP) lets technicians and/or mechanics:

Log their daily time to direct and indirect repair orders (ROs)

Charge parts and add comments to ROs
-
Add new sections to existing ROs
-
Create new ROs
TTP is a Cloud-hosted web application. TTP connects to the TMT Fleet Maintenance (TMT) database through a server application program interface (API). This lets the two programs share data.
You can run TTP on Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
Starting with V.2022.3, TTP has replaced Interactive Workstation (IWS). If you are using a version earlier than V.2022.3, see Interactive Workstation Overview. |
TTP replaces Interactive Workstation (IWS)
Effective with V.2022.3, Trimble has replaced Interactive Workstation (IWS) with Trimble Technician Portal (TTP). Mechanics Workstation (MWS) has also been replaced by TTP. Here are some highlights:

You can now open TTP from TMT Web.

All IWS options (Application, Customer, Shop, User, and so on) have been replaced with TTP options.

References to IWS or MWS throughout TMW Web have been replaced with TTP.
There are some IWS features that will not be available in TTP V.2022.3, but they will be included in future releases. Please contact Support for additional information if you are using any of these features:
