Road Calls
These settings are located in the Road Calls section on the Application Options page. To open the Application Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Application Options.

Since the New PO and PO Search icons are available on the Parts Workstation toolbar without a Parts Department screen with a shop selected, the global option should be checked and then individual shops be unchecked to prevent unauthorized access. |
The next three options let you assign colors (blue, yellow, and red) to a number of hours. Together, these options color code the length of open road calls so that you can see which ones have been open the longest.
A road call is white when it is:

First opened
-
Closed
-
Complete
If you set all three color times, the road call goes from white to blue, then yellow, and then red. Using all three colors is optional.

Assume you have these settings:
Once the road call has been open for two hours, it is highlighted in blue. Once the road call has been open for four hours, the program replaces the blue highlight with yellow. Once the road call has been open for eight hours, the program replaces the yellow highlight with red. The highlight stays red until the road call is complete or closed. |
