Preventing changes to orders in the Deadhead/Trip Editor window
By default, you can edit an order in the Deadhead/Trip Editor window at any time. However, you may prefer to prevent orders from being edited after invoicing, or after pay details have been created for assets on a trip.
Two settings in the [FuelDispatch] section of your TTS50 allow you to prevent changes to orders in the Deadhead/Trip Editor window.
Preventing changes to orders after invoicing
Use the [FuelDispatch]TripEditDisabledOnInvoice setting in your TTS50 to prevent changes to orders in the Deadhead/Trip Editor window after invoicing. You can prevent all changes, or you can allow users to change only the arrival and departure dates/times for the trip.
Preventing changes to orders after creating pay details
Use the [FuelDispatch]TripEditDisabledOnStl setting in your TTS50 to prevent changes to an order in the Deadhead/Trip Editor window after pay details have been created for the assets assigned to it. You can prevent all changes after pay details have been created, or you can allow users to change only the arrival and departure dates/times for a trip.
