This setup limits the consignees you can select to those linked to the order’s Bill To company. When you enter a character in the Consignee/Alt ID fields, the Instant Best Match feature retrieves only companies having IDs that start with that character.
However, when a Bill To company is linked to many consignees, the list is long. The retrieval can slow your order entry time. If you want, you can limit the initial list of companies that are displayed. This will make retrieval times faster.
Use the [FuelDispatch]CodoeBillToModeConsigneeDropDownCount setting in your TTS50 to reduce the initial list of consignees.
