Recording default load requirements
Load requirements specify special criteria that resources must (or should) meet in order to be assigned to an order. You can record load requirements manually for an order in the Trip Folder or Order Maintenance.
However, you may know in advance that certain load requirements are always required for a specific company or commodity whenever they are used on an order. You can enter default load requirements in their profiles.
During the order entry process, the system automatically attaches default load requirements when a specific company, commodity or company/commodity pair is recorded for the order. This reduces data entry time, and helps ensure that loads are assigned to assets that satisfy the requirements.
