Available dashboard widgets

The PM Due widget shows you the total number of current and overdue PMs, according to the filters set on the dashboard.

The Aging Report - Road Calls widget shows you the total number of Road Calls that are currently in OPEN or PENDING status based on the current Dashboard Filters.

The Direct Time widget shows a bar chart of the employee’s direct time in the past week by day. Selecting a bar chart shows the employee details and direct time percentage for the day. You can also see the data as a table by selecting the Table icon:

If you don’t have the permissions to see an employee’s time, the widget shows the error message, "User is not authorized to see the data for the shop informed".

The Time Card Status widget lets you see the total number of employees who are either Clocked In or Clocked Out. You can toggle between Clocked In and Clocked Out to see the corresponding employees.

The Time Card Status widget shows the total number of employee time cards that need approval. You can enter From and To dates to the period you want to review. The widget displays the Time Card Editor and lets you edit and approve Time Cards if you have the required security permissions.
