Shop Planner
You open Shop Planner by going to Menu > Activities > Shop Planner. This section shows the reports or Plans from incoming drivers that document maintenance concerns about their units.
-
Shop Planner toolbar: From selecting shops to exporting PDFs, the toolbar’s got you covered. Default view, saving states, and jumping between views (like Mechanics or Open Repairs) are a click or tap away.
-
Shop Planner columns: Show or hide columns easily. Drag columns to reorder them, and don’t forget to select Save Page State to keep your settings. Then you can sort data by sorting the columns: A simple click on column headers sorts your data. One, two, three clicks get you ascending, descending, or back to default.
-
Shop Planner rows: Each row is a mini-dashboard of your custom column choices. Repair orders (ROs) and units have links, plan status states are color-coded, and a priority scale shows you which projects to start first.
-
Shop Planner Actions: Have you selected a plan row? The Actions menu lets you cancel, close, or create repair orders, if the row meets certain conditions. You can also select Refresh to make sure the page is showing you the latest information.
-
Shop Planner Repair view: While the Open Repair table shares many features in common with the Planner view, there are a few features that you can only see in this view.
