Integration options: Innovative (IES)
This section contains Innovative (IES) integration options. Changes made to these options affect how TMT Fleet Maintenance interacts with third-party applications.
If you make incorrect changes to these options, you may alter how the system integrates with that application. Trimble recommends that you contact your system administrator before making changes. |

How the Enable AP, AR, GL Query Concurrency YES options work together Assume you have set the query concurrency to YES and that you have kept the default values for these options:
When you are on one of the Accounting pages and select Get Data, the program will you have export 3000 total transactions in record batches of 300 records each, while processing a maximum of 4 batches at once. |

This option cross-references customer types.

For each customer type, you can select one Export AR Transactions As setting. Note: Before V.2022.1, the Export AR Transactions As option was known as External Value. The Export AR Transactions As settings are:

When you upgrade to V.2022.1, the program will update any data from the old External Value option. Any value other than STANDARD or OWNER/OPER will be set to NULL. |
IES: EQUIPMENT XREF
This option cross-references equipment types.

IES: IES_WEBSERVICE
TMT Fleet Maintenance uses each of the values on the IES_WEBSERVICE page to connect to the Innovative Accounting program. Get the values from the Innovative team. Select Save when you are completed.
Note: Trimble recommends that you restart the Windows Service once you have entered in the correct values.

IES: XREF
The XREF section of the IES Integration options is where you cross-reference the company divisions you set up in TMT with their corresponding Innovative IES Accounting divisions. If you only have one company division you will still need to do this. The IES Company code provided by Innovative.
You set up TMT company divisions on the System Setup page. You open the System Setup page by going to Menu > Setup > System Setup. Next, you expand the System node and select Company Divisions. |
