Shop Planner rows

Each row in the Shop Planner shows information based on your customized column view. This illustration shows one possible row view.

A typical Shop Planner row

Some cells in a row have special features:

  • Order: Each repair order (RO) number is a link. You can select a link to open it in the Manage Forms window.

  • Unit: Each unit number is a link too. Select a link to open the unit in the Manage Forms window.

  • Plan Status (...): The color of the circle in a plan status cell indicates the status:

    • An orange circle Orange = Open

    • A blue circle Blue = Complete

    • A gray circle Gray = Closed

    • A red circle Red = Canceled

  • Priority (The Priority icon: A triangle with an exclamation point in the center) The priority range goes from 1 (highest priority) to 5 (lowest priority), with 5 being the default.
