Run the Order Inquiries report

  1. Go to Menu > Activities > Order Inquiries.
    The Order Inquiries page opens with the Repair tab active by default.

  2. Select the Parts Transfer tab.
    The page shows all parts transfer orders by default.

  3. If you want, you can add filters to the page data by selecting Transfer Order Filters.

  4. If you want, you can change the page setup by selecting A gear Setup.

You can change the columns on the page and the order they are in. Available columns are:

  • Batch ID

  • Closed

  • Created By

  • Created On

  • Destination Shop

  • Line Total Amount

  • Opened

  • Order ID

  • Order Number

  • Order Total

  • Order Type

  • Posted Period

  • Posted Year

  • Source Shop

  • Status

  • Transfer Type

Once you have the columns you want in order, you can save your setup by selecting A web page with a check mark. Save Page State.If you want to return the page to its original state, select A web page with an "X". Reset Page Template.
