Set up the Generic Image Viewer: Settings Manager

  1. Go to Menu > Configuration > Settings Manager. The Settings Manager page opens.

  2. Select Modules. The Modules tab opens.

  3. For the Module Selection field, make sure that AMSEnterprise is selected.

  4. For the Imaging Type Selection field, make sure that GenericImageViewer is selected.

  5. Under Generic Imaging Configuration, Order tab, select a tab.

You can set a generic image button on one or all of these tabs:

  • Campaign

  • Estimate

  • Fuel Ticket

  • Indirect

  • Inspection

  • Invoice

  • PO

  • RO

  • Warranty

  1. Select Enable Imaging Viewer. You must select this option or the Generic Image Viewer will not work.

  2. For the Index Name field, select an option:

    • For all tabs except Inspection, select OrderId or OrderNumber.

    • For the Inspection tab, select InspRptId or InspRptNum.

  3. Enter a Button Name. For example, if you are on the PO tab, you might want to name the button PO IMAGES.

  4. Select Save.
