Edit road call user-defined fields
TMT Fleet Maintenance comes with four user-defined fields for road calls. You can edit these fields, but you cannot add another one or delete any of them.

Go to Menu > Setup > System Setup. The System Setup page opens.

Scroll down to the User Fields node.

Expand the Call node to see the four call user-defined field options.

Select one of the user-defined fields to edit. The Details pane opens on the right side of the page. The Code field is read-only; you cannot edit this field.

Enter the label you want to use in the Description field.

In the lower-right corner of the screen, select Save.
You can set dropdown menus options by entering them below the fields you defined. When you open a road call, you will see the user-defined field labels you created.
In this illustration, the user has selected CALLUSERFLD1 and is changing it to read Out of state.
