You can set default options at the Application and Shop levels.

To open the Application Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Application Options. The Application Options Inventory node has a new sub-node: Parts Transfer. The Parts Transfer sub-node has these options:

  • Default Shipping Status Code

  • Default Transfer Method
Lets you define the default Transfer Status. The options are IMMEDIATE or IN TRANSIT.

Application Options can be overridden at the Shop Options level. The program looks for the setting at the Shop Options level first, then at the Application Option level. If the Shop Option is set differently from the Application Option, it becomes independent of the Application Option settings.Changing the Application Option will not sync the Shop Option.
