Delete a road call
You can delete a road call that was created accidentally, or one that can’t be completed (that is, the repair cannot be done). Once a road call has open repair or purchase orders, however, you cannot delete it.

Go to Menu > Activities > Road Call > Road Call Listings. The Road Calls Listing page opens.

Select the row of the road call you want to delete.

Select Delete to remove the road call. A popup message will ask you to confirm your change.
