TMT Fleet Maintenance provides shop floor automation through two key features:
Shop Planner is a service writer tool. It simplifies the organization and tracking of the daily workload in a repair shop. With the ability to coordinate and track employees, active repair orders and the maintenance plans for equipment, the Shop Planner replaces the white board, eliminating paper in the planning and scheduling process.
Shop Scheduler lets you coordinate the bays within a shop for active repair orders. You can use Shop Scheduler to replace white boards and eliminate paper in the planning and scheduling process.
Together, Shop Planner and Shop Scheduler help you manage your shop and your technicians. Depending on which version of TMT Fleet Maintenance you use, technicians will use this data in:
