TIMESHEETS.EXE - Time Sheets Entry
Force Upper Case
On Import of data, forces all imported text into upper case. Default is set at 'False'.
Import Text
Default is set at 'True'. Valid values are True and False. Setting this option to 'True' (which is the default) allows you to import text file types. Setting this option to 'False' will disable import text file type importing functionality.
Multiple Recalls
Default is set at 'False'. Setting this function to 'True' will enable the following: When entering payroll data into timesheets, the user will be able to recall the Earnings information defined in Employee Rates for each day, rather than once for the payroll batch. The Deduction/Adjustments defined in Employee Deductions will only be recalled the first time.

Delete Notifications
When set to 'True', TruckMate API notifications will be automatically deleted. Default is set at 'True'.
Ins Updates for API
When set to 'True', will insert Status Updates for the TruckMate API. Default is set at 'False'.
Resend Load Offers
When set to 'True', the TruckMate API will re-send Load Offers that have already been sent. Default is set at 'False'.
Use SkyBitz Customer Zone
When set to 'True', will override the GPS Zone with the 'Customer ID'. Default is set at 'False'.
Validate Container Check Digit
When set to 'True', will validate the Container Check Digit. Default is set at 'True'.
Validate Resource Position
When set to 'True', will validate if the Resource has a valid Lat/Long value. Default is set at 'True'.
TRAILERS.EXE - Trailer Profiles
Copy Description
If this field is set to 'True', when you use the Copy function in the Trailer Profiles program, the Copy Description box will be checked by default. If 'False', the box will not be checked by default.
Copy User Fields
If this field is set to 'True', when you use the Copy function in the Trailer Profiles program, the Copy User Fields box will be checked by default. If 'False', the box will not be checked by default.
Copy Zone
If this field is set to 'True', when you use the Copy function in the Trailer Profiles program, the Copy Zone box will be checked by default. If 'False', the box will not be checked by default.
Operational Charges
If this field is set to 'True', when you use the Copy function in the Trailer Profiles program, the (copy) Operational Charges box will be checked by default. If 'False', the box will not be checked by default.
RM User Field 1 - 10
In the 'R&M' tab of the Trailer Profiles program, you can access ten free format fields by using the <CTRL> - <U> key combination. You can change the field labels for those fields here. In the Value field, enter the field label you wish to appear on the User Defined Fields form in the R&M tab.
