Order Preprocessor
Orders are sent into the Order Preprocessor program. Order Preprocessor is primarily for Customer Service and Dispatch personnel. As orders are received, personnel accept or reject these orders, as well as make any necessary modifications to accepted orders before orders are transferred to the Customer Service program.
The Order Preprocessor program is primarily for accepting or rejecting a load and providing as much detail as possible. A third aspect is for qualifying data for accepted loads, which would then give you the option of completing as much detail as possible in the order information.
