Request Payroll

This Macro is sent by a Driver to request his Payroll Information via the Mobile Communications system.

In prior version of TruckMate the 'Request Payroll' macro required a password which was simply the Driver’s SIN. Currently, however, the source for Driver passwords is now the Driver Profiles program > Passwords Tab. In order to smooth transitions from one to the other, during the install/upgrade of TruckMate, all Driver passwords for Driver Payroll requests were defaulted to the Driver’s SIN. Users are expected to change these passwords in the Driver Profiles program > Passwords Tab, and then the Drive Pay logic will validate the password entered in the macro message with whatever exists in the TruckMate Database (as entered in the Driver Profiles program).

Based on the Security Setup program > Security > Communications > 'View Macro Password Fields' option, the message will either show/not show the Driver’s Payroll password.
