These settings are located in the Inspections section on the Application Options page. To open the Application Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Application Options.

Allow User To Add Plan/RO To An Inspection Ticket

Description

Use this option to determine if a user can create a Quick RO or add/plan an RO on the Inspection Ticket Listing page.

Options

  • NO
    The +Add Plan/RO button is not available.

  • YES (default)
    The +Add Plan/RO button is available.

Cascade RO Number To All Matching Inspection Tickets

Description

When creating a RO or Vendor RO, cascade the RO and Section to all matching inspection tickets for that failure will appear.

Options

  • NO (default)
    Cascading is turned off.

  • YES
    Cascading is turned on.

Filter Inspection Tickets By Domicile Shop

Description

The Inspection View is filtered to show only the Units Domiciled in the user’s assigned Shop.

Options

  • NO (default)
    No filtering is applied. All units with open inspection tickets are displayed.

  • YES
    Only open inspection tickets assigned to the user’s shop are displayed.

Purge Inspections With Failures

Description

Set whether the program deletes inspection tickets with failures.

Options

  • NO (default)
    The program does not purge inspection tickets with failures/ROs. The program only purges non-failure inspection tickets when they pass the DAYS limit set by the Purge Inspections Without Failures Older than X Days option.

  • YES
    The program purges all inspection tickets with or without failures/ROs. The tickets must be older than the DAYS limit set by the Purge Inspections Without Failures Older than X Days option.

Description

If a number greater than zero (0) is entered, after the specified number of days (1 to 999), inspection tickets that do not contain a failure will be deleted

Options

  • 10 (default)
    Inspection tickets without issues are deleted after the named number of days.
