VIS

These settings are located in the VIS section on the Application Options page. To open the Application Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Application Options.

VIS stands for Vendor Information System.

Description

Multiple invoices can be opened for a unit, by the vendor, at the same time.

Options

  • NO (default)
    Only one invoice can be open for a unit at a time.

  • YES
    Multiple invoices can be opened for a unit.
VIS
Allow Vendor To Create A Vendor Repair Order

Applies to

TMT Fleet Maintenance

Description

The vendor will be able to edit existing repair orders and create new repair orders.

Options

  • NO (default)
    Vendors cannot create new repair orders.

  • YES
    Vendor can create new repair orders.
VIS
Invoice Number Equals RO Number

Applies to

TMT Fleet Maintenance

Description

The invoice number will be set as to the same number as the repair order.

Options

  • NO (default)
    Repair Order and Invoice numbers will be unique.

  • YES
    The Invoice number will be the same as the Repair Order number.
