Report Packs

With the release of TruckMate 2010, the Crystal Reports that encompassed Report Pack 1 have been discontinued. Several new standard TruckMate Crystal Reports will be replacing the 'Presidential' reports from Report Pack 1.

CREDIT HOLD.RPT

A summary of Clients currently on credit hold

FB AUDIT.RPT

A freight bill audit report with date and current status selection.

FB UNRATED.RPT

A freight bill report which returns bills that have zero charges.

MILEAGE.RPT

A mileage report for power units, trailers and drivers.

POWER UNIT LOCATIONS.RPT

Current locations of power units.

PRESIDENTS BILLING.RPT

A billing summary by year, month and week.

PRESIDENTS.AP.RPT

A listing of vendors with outstanding balances and transaction activity for the previous 4 weeks.

PRESIDENTS.AR.RPT

A listing of clients with outstanding balances and transaction activity for the previous 4 weeks.

TRAFFIC LANES CANADA TO US.RPT

A summary of revenue and miles for freight originating in Canada with a destination is the USA.

TRAFFIC LANES US TO CANADA.RPT

A summary of revenue and miles for freight originating in the USA with a destination is Canada.

TRAILER LOCATIONS.RPT

Current locations of trailers.

With the release of TruckMate 2010, most of the Crystal Reports that encompassed Report Pack 2 have been moved into the standard reports area. Some reports have been discontinued.

Customer Report Top Revenue by Region:

This report was removed as it is the same as the 'Customer Report Top Revenue by Destination State.rpt'.

Client History Report:

This report has been removed as it is identical to 'CH.RPT'.

Daily Open Item Recap Report.RPT
