ConnectedDock Admin

ConnectedDock is a mobile application installed on supported Android handheld devices. It is used to manage the processing of freight at your terminal.

The ConnectedDock Admin application is used to configure settings such as how to handle auto-docking, handling of loaded items, commodity lists, imaging, barcode, seals and weigh scale settings, etc.

To access ConnectedDock Admin:

  • TruckMate 2023.x and later:
    Settings & Configuration > LTL

  • TruckMate 2022.x and earlier:
    Utilities > ConnectedDock Admin
