eStat® is an interactive Web application that can be used to access the hosting company’s database through a website. Here, you can submit (tender) orders, track the status of your orders, and view reports.

Terms used in eStat

While working in eStat, you may come across these terms.

Event type

Type of pickup or delivery for the event

  • Pickup Trailer (HPL)
    The driver is to hook to a trailer previously loaded at the pickup location.

  • Pickup Load (LLD)
    Freight is to be loaded onto the trailer at the pickup location.

  • Drop Trailer (DRL)
    The driver is to unhook to the trailer at the delivery location.

  • Drop Load (LUL)
    Freight is to be unloaded from the trailer at the delivery location.

Early Date

Earliest date the event can occur

Late Date

Latest date the event can occur

Commodity

Another term for freight

Location

Name and address of the company where an event is to occur

General process that you will follow when using eStat

  1. Register as a new user.

    The User Registration Information page opens the first time you log into the application. It also opens if your company changes the terms and conditions, requiring you to read and accept them again.

  2. Add or change the information in your user profile.

    Your user account may require periodic maintenance. If necessary, you can update your name, contact information, and security questions in your user profile at any time. To ensure your account security, it is a good policy to change your password periodically. You can also view the Terms and Conditions that you accepted the first time you logged in.

  3. If needed, create additional accounts for other members of your company.

In eStat, you can:

  • Tender a shipment

    When you tender a shipment, you identify one or more commodities and their locations and submit a request to have them transported to another location.

  • Create a fuel order

    The hosting company may give you access to the Fuel Order Entry page or Fuel Shipment Tender page, where you can enter fuel orders.

  • Create a crude order

    The hosting company may give you access to the Crude Order Entry and Crude Mass Order Entry pages, where you can enter crude orders. You may also receive access to the Crude Order Import page, where you can import orders contained in a preformatted file.

  • Enter tank readings

    The hosting company may give you access to pages that allow you to enter and review tank readings for your store.

  • Track your shipments

    You can look up a specific order, or retrieve a list of your shipments that are in a particular state of processing.
