3G-TM Integration

TMW now provides integration to 3G-TM. This integration brings:

  • 3G-TM Enhanced Rating

Your existing TMW rates tell the system when to use 3G-TM for rating. Access to 3G-TM rating reduces time-consuming manual work and mistakes. It provides accurate Cost, Cost+, Cost and Billing, Cost and TMW Billing Rates. Web services handle all communication. TMW is the system of record for customers, carriers, shippers, and consignees.

  • 3G-TM Advanced Mode Planning

Access to 3G-TM optimization algorithm lets you cover more loads through operational efficiencies by planning executable loads using real-time constraints.

    • TMW sends single pickup/drop orders to 3G-TM for Mode Optimization.

    • 3G-TM returns loads representing consolidated trips, single LTL shipments, and/or single cross docked moves.

    • 3G-TM returns the cost of each load. TMW re-rates, using enhanced rating.

Note: All carrier rates must be in 3G-TM.

  • TMW is the system of record for customers, carriers, shippers, and consignees.

Using the 3G-TM solution with TMW Operations, you can effectively manage carrier and customer contracts.

3G-TM Enhanced Rating and 3G-TM Advanced Mode Planning are separately licensed add-ons to TMW Operations. Contact Trimble Sales for details.

Fuel Maintenance

Support for Fleet One Interactive functionality (PTS-83185)

Now, the Fuel Maintenance interface in TMW Operations can be set up as a real-time interactive interface to the Fleet One vendor. This will allow you to manage card level details while saving valuable time when managing fuel purchases, driver settlement, and cash advance transactions.

You can connect to Fleet One automatically, updating card records as soon as you save your entries in the Card Maintenance window. Fleet One will return a confirmation message, showing that your changes have been applied. You no longer need to access Fleet One’s website to perform such tasks as:

  • Blocking/unblocking a card

  • Changing the limits recorded for a card

  • Reassigning a card to a different resource

  • Permitting a one-time purchase at a truck stop outside your fuel network

  • Clearing an existing PIN number to allow a driver to set his/her own PIN number

The Fleet One Interactive Integration is a licensed add-on feature.
